Payment Due Date
Payments are due on the invoice due date. A 5-day grace period applies to all invoices.
Late Fee Structure
After the grace period, a late fee of $25 plus 5% of the outstanding balance will be applied.
An additional 5% charge may be applied every 30 days until the balance is paid in full.
Rose Digital Agency reserves the right to pause services and/or suspend the website if payments remain overdue:
10 Days Late → Services Paused
15 Days Late → Website May Be Temporarily Suspended
30 Days Late → Account May Be Terminated & Site Taken Down
